Did you just figure out that they have no clue as to what they were talking about? Their policies are vague at best and they have NO true definitions. Everytime I have talked to one of them about their policies, they play hot potatoe with their answers while trying to talk in circles like politicians. Could it be that they have had no clue for a long time now? I found that much out when I saw they have no troubleshooting skills and that their idea of fixing stuff is sending it to the shop and connecting it to another computer that runs and program that tells them which component needs replacing. Just another sad example of IT.
